Larah is a Holistic Life & Business Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, facilitator and speaker, Larah has worked in the self-development for 10 years and began running retreats in Sydney and the Blue Mountains of Australia in 2000. After healing her chronic back pain through a combination of yoga, acupuncture, energy work and complimentary therapies, Larah is committed to connecting people with the right teachers, therapists and environments in which to explore their own path for wellbeing – holistically.

She brings together her consultation expertise as a Life Coach with her background of running retreats and interactive events around the world from New York and London to Sydney, Mexico and Ibiza. Her mission is to ensure clients feel empowered to take back reins to their own life horse, to feel clear about their path forward, confident and inspired.

Carla
Carla Miller - retreat host

After working in the charity sector for 10 years Carla felt a little burnt out so took some time off to chill out at a retreat. And that’s when she was struck by the inspiration for Space To Be, a company dedicated to relaxation and wellness. Carla retrained as a life coach and launched Space To Be in 2009, offering hypnotherapy products to aid relaxation and wellbeing. Carla is regularly quoted in the national media and women’s and health magazines on issues relating to wellbeing and stress.

She is delighted to be creating Space To Be’s first retreats and to have found such an amazing venue and groups of teachers, trainers and therapists to work with.
Sylvie
Sylvie - Hatha Fusion Yoga

Sylvie has trained extensively in India, Germany and Ibiza and offers over 20 years of experience and many styles of teaching in Hatha yoga fusion suitable for all levels to enable you to develop a practice that works for you personally. She tailors each yoga session to the energy and level of the group - from more dynamic flowing sequences to delicate shifts to perfect asanas and build confidence in your practice.

With a focus on core strength work to ensure that you are experiencing greater balance and alignment Sylvie helps you increase your physical sensitivity, to listen to your body and feel what you are doing. All whilst you release tension, strengthen yourself physically and mentally, refine your body awareness, harmonize your breath and quieten your mind.  Each session is completed with meditation to enter more and more stillness and silence each day.

Miguel - Tai Chi & Qi Gong & Massage

Practicing Martial Arts, Miguel seriously injured his shoulder and in order to heal himself, he started to go deep in Asian healing methods where he discovered alternative ways of dealing with injuries. This journey has changed his focus in life; he became very interested in healing and helping others to find ways of achieving relaxation in their lives. 

From Martial arts training, Miguel started to deal with his colleagues and his own injuries, and he trained in Moxibustion and Shiatsu, Amatsu, Tuina, Thai, Ayurveda and Tibetan massages as well as Tai Chi, Yoga and Qigong. Miguel is specialized in Asian techniques and continues to go deep in his training and practice with ongoing studies in the above integrative therapies. 


Lisa Norman
- Thai Massage & Reflexology


Lisa began practising yoga and became interested in Asian Philosophies in 1987 and developed an interest in holistic healing from where she became involved with a complementary health centre. In the early 90´s her studies in Thai massage and yoga began in Asia complimented by her certification of "The London School of Thai Massage" with Kira Balaskas and Asokananda, one of the foremost exponents of this art in the West.

Thai massage opens the body up to releases energy blockages and toxins, draining the lymphatic system, unblocking organs and helping you come back into physical alignment too.  Her advance reflexology training has a particular emphasis on the digestive system to give your detoxification and kick-start, boost liver and kidney functions and to purify, relax and re-energise as well as giving you a nutritional reading.



We work with a range of personal trainers who specialize in outdoor training using nature to build strength, flexibility and stamina as well as a number of pilates teachers.
